The objective feedback that you receive from showing agents via the HomeFeedback
system can be used to persuade sellers to lower their price
and/or modify the condition of their property.
More often than not, after multiple showings and still no offers, the seller
will want to implement the recurring suggestions of the showing agents in
order to get their home sold. They'll usually come to you for a price
reduction -- or will voluntarily make home improvements without
your prodding after reading the comments of showing agents.
These things, of course, help in making a property tremendously more
marketable and help you sell it faster.

The HomeFeedback.com system
is incredible. I picked up 3 listings in just
over a month that were attributed to this system.
I had a potential Seller with a wonderful home (over 3000 sq. ft. in a nice
neighborhood). About that time, I came across HomeFeedback.com.
I signed up for the system before I met with the Seller about listing their home.
I printed off the marketing materials in color from HomeFeedback.com that show
the Seller how the system works. I then implemented this into my marketing
book. The Seller was very impressed with my HomeFeedback.com system.
Since they were transferring out of state, the web-based system from HomeFeedback.com
was just what they were looking for. No long distance phone calls and
voicemail to get information. They could log-on 24 hours a day to check the
status of the listing. I won the listing.
With HomeFeedback.com, my clients were able to get the results of the "showings"
on their home immediately and directly from the Real Estate Agents that showed
their home. This is very powerful.
I was able to get a price reduction after only two weeks due to the
fact we had 10 showings with no offers. The HomeFeedback.com statistics
showed that many Buyers thought the price was too high. I lowered the
price and sold the home soon after.
The Seller was very pleased -- and referred me to their neighbor that was
considering selling their home. I printed off the Showing Statistics
for another listing from HomeFeedback.com and took them over to the neighbor.
When he saw that we had 16 showings and then sold the home, he was very excited.
He then listed his home with me and I sold that one also.
This system is great! It has saved me countless hours of follow-up
on showings, as well as convincing sellers to lower their price on listings.
It is also a great marketing tool to use. I plan on having much success using
