A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Building
a Showing Feedback System

Hi, my name is Rick Bengson. Being both a real estate developer and
a real estate agent myself, I've experienced all the challenges and
problems that real estate agents have.
I knocked on doors ... I made cold calls ... I competed with
other agents for listings ... I chased after showing agents
